Payments can be made through credit card, Venmo, or direct bank transfer. All payments must be completed prior to the commencement of any coaching sessions.

Yes, I offer a 7% discount for the Jack plan, 10% for the Queen plan and a 20% discount for the King plan. These discounts are designed to encourage a commitment to meaningful, transformative coaching relationships.

Each coaching plan comes with a set number of coaching hours to be scheduled in 60- or 120-minute sessions to suit your needs. The Jack, Queen and King packages come with personalized action plans and email support between sessions.

Clients must notify the Coach 48 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-shows without notice will forfeit the session with no refund or reschedule offered. If the Coach cancels, efforts will be made to reschedule. Clients withdrawing from coaching packages within the first 14 days are eligible for a full refund; no refunds are provided after 14 days.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you may be charged 50% of the session fee. Yes, if payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice due date, a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount will be charged for each day the payment is late.

If you decide to withdraw from the Jack, Queen or King plans within the first 14 days and no sessions were scheduled, you are eligible for a full refund provided that no sessions were used. After the first 14 days, no refunds will be provided. You may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice, and you will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
